Selection to a FORCE team is a great accomplishment.
To play at one of the highest levels of competition in the State of Washington can be very gratifying for many players and parents. Players will refine their talents and techniques through professional coaching and training designed to develop them to their full potential.
If you are new to Select soccer, understand that it is a higher level of commitment than Recreational soccer. Force soccer is a full-year commitment. Players are expected to participate in summer training as well as the team’s scheduled tournaments, Fall Season, Spring Season and/or State Cup Tournament.
Training sessions are typically 90 minutes each, twice a week, with optional additional open Club training. However, some teams may train 3 or 4 times a week, plus additional Club training.
Competitive youth soccer at the Select level provides a strong foundation for a child's future in soccer—no matter how far they decide to go. Selection onto a Force team can have a great lasting effect on each player, and many of these teams will play together for years to come.
